Safe and Easy to Use

This kit includes a safety guard/fruit holder for added protection. The fruit holder serves as a finger guard, shielding your fingers from the sharp blades, and ensures that your fruits and vegetables can be completely processed until the last bit. The ergonomic handle, with a rubber coating, provides comfortable handling, making it easy to use for everyone.

Easy Cleaning

Cleaning the Börner V-slicer is simple. Just rinse it under running cold or warm water. Make sure to keep the insert in the V-frame during the cleaning process, and be cautious not to touch the blade. The fruit holder can also be rinsed under running water. For convenience, the V-slicer can also be washed in the dishwasher.
